Domestic & international shipping

Billie & Bear is currently only offering standard domestic shipping. For international shipping please contact us.

We use a variety of courier services. Shipping is calculated at a flat fee of $10 Standard shipping. All Items will be shipped within 1-3 days of us receiving your order. You will receive an Order Confirmation via email with your receipt, and a separate email will be sent with your tracking ID once available, which will allow you to track delivery of your items.

Billie & Bear carefully packages your items, and does not accept responsibility for any damages or loss of your parcel once in the hands of selected Courier Services. Any damages or loss of parcels will need to be followed up directly with the Courier Service.

returns & exchanges

Billie & Bear have stocked items we love and we think you will too! However if you purchase an item that is faulty, we offer exchange only, no refunds, within 14 days of purchase. You must also provide proof of purchase. Unfortunately Billie & Bear does not offer Exchange or Returns if you change your mind.

We offer exchange on products, if the product you would like to exchange is not available we offer store credit. Store credit must be spent within 30 days of the exchange.

In the unlikely case where the product is faulty, we will replace the item as no additional cost. If Billie & Bear are out of stock, we will offer a store credit for equal value or work with our supplier and send you a replacement product as soon as possible.

Discounted and or sale items are considered final sale. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items.

PLEASE NOTE: Please ensure you choose your items carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchange on Teethers, Dummies, Meal Time products for hygiene reasons. Unless these products are faulty, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges.
